I had this cotton yarn in my stash that was going to be washcloths, but then I dicovered that it was this beautiful and soft maco cotton and I had to make something else. I love the Odessa pattern so here are three more Odessas:
Pattern available as free Ravelry download.
Yarn: Pandora maco cotton (Rauma), 70g
Needles: 2.5mm, 3mm, 3.5mm
I added a little fun to the smallest hat:

Podcast listening
Do you listen to podcasts? I listen to a lot of podcasts about knitting and crocheting. One of my absolute favourites is the Yarn Thing podcast hosted by Marly.
The first time I blogged about the Yarn Thing podcast was in the beginning of Mai 2007 (back then I only blogged in Norwegian), so I have been listening almost from the start and we have become good friends on the web. :)
She has a 1 year anniversary right now. Congrats Marly!
I hope you'll continue podcasting for a long time.

Blue Egeblad
My blue egeblad doily is done.
I think this is a beautiful doily...
And when this:
turns into this:
I'm really happy. :)
free pattern: Egeblad
needles: 2.5 mm (US 1 1/2)
yarn: Maxi cotton tread, 50 g (360 yards)
I think this pattern could work well for a blanket, maybe I'll try.
What do you think?

Blue Egeblad and a sock in progress
I've all done, knitting the doily "Egeblad":
But I don't have anywhere to block it, my hubby is not to fond of pins in the bed ;) , so it'll have to wait.
Cabled sock progress:
Socks for the Sokker2008-KAL.
Dette skal være mitt bidrag til april-sokkene i Sokker 2008, men det går veeldig tregt akkurat nå.

Did I tell you? - I won...
I know -
I'm the lucky one! :)
Dyveke from "Mitt lille univers" had a comment contest. I didn't understand the contest, but I had to comment in her blog, she has made some beautiful things, and somehow this landed in my hands:
It's an Opal Cotton sock yarn - I love it!
Please visit Dyvekes blog.
Tusen takk, Dyveke! :)

Look what I got :)
Yay!
Vickie Howell had a comment contest, and I won -
The yarn is beautiful. It's "Rock" with soysilk, wool and hemp, in the colors Joan (black) and Kim & Kelly (Turquoise). I also got the pattern for the Lemon Drop Scarf and a nice project bag.
Thank you so much, Vickie!

Easy scarf and CPH progress
My easy scarf is done:
It's really soft and nice.
Free pattern: Beginners Reversible Scarf
Yarn: Superwash wool from SandnesGarn, fingering weight
Needles: 5 mm/US 8
Size: 12 x 130 cm (5 x 50 inches)
Progress cph - h
There isn't going to be a hoodie on my Central Park Hoodie. I think I'll use this cardigan even more without the hoodie. The progress is good, but I'm still making a lot of other things in between the seaming.
I really don't like to seam, but I'm quite happy with what I did along the sides:
Now the harder part, seaming in the arms...

Easter hat and SockMadness
My Easter hat is felted and looking great. No stich definition at all:
It's a little bit to big for me, but my mom really want it.
Free pattern: Beacon Street Cloche
Yarn: Fritidsgarn, 150 g
Hook: 5 mm (H)
SockMadness2 - Sock 2 is the Reversai
Way to many stitches for my skinny legs. I couldn't make them fit, at least not on one foot.
*lol*
